It’s been a rough few weeks for Migos as the three Atlanta based rappers were all originally arrested for gun & drug charges following a concert in Georgia on April 18.  Following the arrest, Quavo & Takeoff were able to post bail, however Offset was denied that opportunity due to his past criminal record. Now, Offset is in even more trouble as the rapper was charged with assault and “inciting a riot” after an incident at Bulloch County Jail on Saturday.  He could now face even more jail time on top of the time he was already serving for the gun & drug charges. Migos have already postponed their YRN Tour which was expected to kick off on May 1 until July, but as it looks like Offset won’t be getting out any time soon, they might have to push the tour back even later.

UPDATE: Following the incident earlier this week where Offset found himself in more trouble after fighting behind bars, things have now gotten even worse for the rapper.  After a judge denied his plea to be freed on bond (due to his past criminal record & the recent fight), Offset showed visible anger reportedly yelling profanities and saying “Fuck the judge” as he was escorted out of the courtroom. Looks like it’s just gonna be Takeoff & Quavo for a while..
