The Game is now a wanted man.

Back in March, Game was involved in an altercation that took place during a Pro-Am basketball game in Los Angeles. Game allegedly punched an off-duty police officer in the face during the basketball game, and ended up threatening to kill him.  Both parties are claiming that the other started the fight.

A judge has now issued an arrest warrant for Game and he is being charged with one count of making criminal threats, which is a felony. He, however, was not charged with battery which would be the usual case for this sort of altercation.

According to TMZ, Game claims that he didn’t make any threats and that the officer insinuated that he had a gun in his gym bag.
